Guests can register using a QR code, a self-spotting link, or with help from a photographer or staff member on-site. Once registered, every photo they appear in is automatically delivered to them via SMS, email, or WhatsApp within seconds of upload.
Yes. SpotMyPhotos works with SD card uploads, tethered iPhone setups, and a desktop Uploader app on Mac or Windows. Most photographers don’t change their workflow at all.
Unlike a shared gallery link, which is often loosely password-protected or not private at all, our default is for guests at your events to receive just the photos they are in. If you choose, you can share select event photos with all attendees or an entire gallery.
SpotMyPhotos prioritizes privacy through a consent-driven, private delivery model. Unlike public galleries, it is SOC 2 Type II compliant and adheres to GDPR and BIPA standards, providing a variety of opt-in “spotting” workflows. The platform employs end-to-end encryption and gallery distribution using secure, private links.
